The Wills Companies is owned and operated by Philip R. Wills, III ("Trey") and Timothy B. Wills ("Tim"). They are the third generation of a Wills family legacy of real estate development with involvement in land development, commercial, shopping center, and office condominium projects of all types and sizes. Since June, 2003, the Wills brothers have focused on the Washington, D.C. area residential condominium market, and have become one of the largest condominium developers in Fairfax County, Virginia with six pre-existing, luxury rental communities totaling 1,354 homes renovated and converted to "for-sale" condominiums.
